• Drive the client's distribution application and the real-time operating system TPF (production and test interfaces)
• Development of new stable and users applications
• Bug Fixing / Quick Trouble Shooting
• To have contact with first level help-desk
• Test Scripts

Permanent high level service
Shift Coverage work
Occasional Travel may be required

Desirable:

Major Responsibilities

Developments:

Deliver Developments on time and within budget to customer satisfaction.
Produce appropriate documentation associated with projects.
Contribute to all phases of Change Requests raised.

Support & Maintenance:

Deliver Maintenance and Support to high customer service levels.
Identification of appropriate and effective solutions for assigned problems within Service Level Agreements Targets. Problem monitoring. Effective support of Amadeus Integration Test Group and user testing.
Ensure full adherence to Amadeus and local standards (project cycle, process, documentation).

Develop in C and C++.
Contribute to the design of solutions.

Requirements

Essential:

A minimum of 2+ years experience applying Object Orientated Concepts in design/solutions development.
Some experience of data communications and protocols.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good analytical skills. A methodical approach to problem solving with the ability to think quickly and add value to the solution of a problem even when not able to provide a complete answer immediately.
Able to work in an organised way under pressure to ensure that Amadeus meets its commitment to deliverables or SLAs. Strong commitment to standard procedures and documentation for the benefit of the team and the users: Full understanding of Project Life Cycle and deliverables.

Desirable:

TPF knowledge
Airline application experience.
