Below are a selection of online client forms which include setting your property up on the In1 Solutions system, designing an ezine, pop-up or re-marketing ad for your property, and designing a responsive website.
We use online forms to gather all of the required material for each project. This way, the process can be monitored and streamlined to ensure an effective service.
PROPERTY SETUP
IN1 SOLUTIONS SYSTEM
Setting up your property on our system for booking engines, voucher engines and PMS, Channel and GDS integrations:

TEMPLATE OR ONE-OFF EZINE DESIGN
Ezine Design Brief Form:
Template ezines can be re-used for frequent mailing. One-off designs are custom ezines for specific events, such as Christmas or Easter:
Please note: One-off ezine template designs are available from as little as €195, plus VAT.
Sign-off / Feedback Form:
Once you’re happy to sign-off on the design for your ezine, please use the online design approval form below.
If you’re not quite ready and have further feedback, this form can also be used:
POP-UP DESIGN
Fill in this form when in search of an editable or custom pop-up / promotional element to appear on your website:
Please note: Pop up design / build available as little as €75, plus VAT.

RE-MARKETING ADS
This form is used for designing and generating creative, targeted re-marketing ads for your PPC / Adwords campaign:
Please note: Designing and building re-marketing adverts costs from as little as €65 for 3 banner sizes.

WEBSITE DESIGN

All of our websites are fully responsive and equipped with user-friendly Content Management Systems (CMS):

IMAGERY
Please be aware that we will need high-quality images to create the designs. If you do not have suitable images or would like us to use images from our stock library, please indicate this on the form. Otherwise, please share your images with us on Dropbox via designs@in1solutions.com or send a zip file to the same email address.
Terms & Conditions: We send you designs as quickly as possible. However, due to high demand, there may be some delay. To avoid disappointment, please provide ample notice.
To ensure the process works efficiently, we would ask that you supply all relevant content and imagery at time of order. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.
Once a design has been signed off and subsequently built, any additional changes after the sign-off stage will incur a penalty charge.
