The Brand Advocacy tool uses the power of social media to generate brand awareness and higher booking levels from a hotel’s own web site.

Central Hotel Dublin
Over the last two months the campaign has delivered over €2,100 in booking revenue for the hotel, with over 1,316 social connections reached, an average of 53 per advocate. Advocate engagement in the booking engine was 12.9%.
The Brand Advocacy product has delivered a strong return on investment, while also increasing the level of social engagement and general awareness of the brand. Cleveland Hotel, Bayswater, London
Over the last quarter the campaign has delivered over £6,200 in bookings. The guest engagement rate for the period was 36.2%, with in excess of 3,870 social connections reached.
The Post Stay email campaign had a participant rate of 17.9% and 80% positive reviews.

Over the last two months the campaign has delivered £3,000 in bookings. During this period there have been 1,857 social connections reached, averaging 93 social connections per guest.
The Homepage Component only figures show out of 11,501 visitors 7.8% clicked to unlock an incentive.
